Hi! Welcome to Indian Eating Habits. Thanks for visiting my page. I started this page to explore my food passion. I am an engineer by profession & chef by heart. I love cooking. Trying healthy variants in day to day cooking is what I like to do. However, this doesn’t stop me from trying different variety cuisines of India. Whatever skills I have incorporated in my life is a gift from my grandmother, my mother, my aunty & my mother in law.
Grown up watching Tarla Dalal’s cookery show, zee khana khazana of Sanjeev Kapoor, turban tadka by chef Harpal Singh, raja rasoi our kahaniyan, mummy ka magic, e.t.c. Food Food, Living foodz, Epic are a few of my favorite channels.
Shilpa Shetty Kundra is my biggest inspiration. Childhood days I used to Stay in the kitchen. Experimenting with different ingredients in recipes with various flavors & spices was the fun part of my learning. As I grew up in age & move forward in life I realized how our health is solely dependent on the food we eat & how our body responds to the nutrition intake. Cooking day to day food & searching for Health benefits in the same is what i love most. Like everyone who struggles with finding their passion & interests, I was also always searching about the things I love & can be better at. Hence came up with the idea of starting the blog. Every New cook inspires me,gives me the opportunity to learn new things & incorporate uniques styles in my culinary journey. So, Its a humble request to all to please leave your comments & suggestions for me.
