MINT PARATHA

Mint paratha

Mint paratha is go-to breakfast during summers in North-India. The refreshing flavor of mint when combined with wheat flour to give normal boring paratha a healthful twist turns out to be a show stopper.
It can be enjoyed with a hot cup of tea or with pickles of your choice. It serves your hunger in both ways.
The parathas are everyone's favorite during winters, but when it comes to eating food in summers, we try to avoid the parathas. But trust us, this pudina paratha will not make you feel bad after eating it will make feel good & feel full same to me.
enjoy this beautiful. healthful & tasty recipe with sides of your choice.
