Healthy chivda Namkeen





Ingredients:


Dry roasted cashew (½ cup)
Dry roasted peanuts (½ cup)
Dry roasted fox nuts (1 cup)
Dry roasted chivda (1 cup)
Dry roasted corn cereal (1 cup)
Dry roasted gram (½ cup)
Raisins (½ cup)


Garlic pods thinly sliced (3-4 pods)
Green Chili thinly sliced (2-3)
Curry leaves strings (2-3 strings)
Mustard seeds (1 tsp)
Turmeric powder (1 tsp)
Salt as per taste
Black pepper as per taste
Ghee (2 tsp)




Recipe:


Put a wok over stove
Keep in MEDIUM FLAME
Put 1 tsp ghee in a wok
Add garlic, curry leaves, chili
Mix it for few seconds
Add peanuts and mix
Add cashew and mix
Add raising and mix
Try to Place all nuts at one side of wok & another side put ghee mustard seeds turmeric powder and mix all well as soon as mustard stars sputtering
Add foxnuts, chivda & cereal and mix all well
Add salt and pepper
And
Tada!
Its ready!!
