Oats Roti/ Oats Chapati/ Oats Recipe


Oats Chapati




Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats ground into powder
1.5 cup of water
1 tsp ghee
¼ cup of wheat flour

Recipe

Switch on stove & Warm water in a big vessel
After the water is hot remove the vessel from stove.
Add oats powder slowly and with the help of spatula mix it
Make sure its mix properly & not too watery.
As you started mixing it will cool down soon
Then with the help of hand try to make the dough
After the dough is done use ghee to make dough smooth & keep it aside for 10 mins.

Now,

Dust the flat surface with wheat flour.
Take a small portion of oats dough & slowly with the help of roller roll it into chapatti.
Make sure you do not press harder while rolling as gluten free chapattis break easily.
Take the help of wheat flour whenever is required
Put tawa on medium flame
Slowly lift rolled chapatti & place over tawa
Let it cook slightly from both side 
After this, cook it directly over on high flame with the help of tong.
& TaDa!!
Its done
Grease with ghee and serve it with the curry or dal of your choice.
