Pudina coconut chutney recipe | south Indian style mint coconut chutney – a lip-smacking chutney! With mint and coconut as main ingredients, learn how to make this smooth chutney along with other simple ingredients.

Ingredients:


1 bunch of Mint leaves
3-4 strings of curry leaves
2 chili
½ coconut fruit
Salt as per taste

For Tadka:

1tsp coconut oil
1tsp mustard seeds
1 string of curry leaves
2 round red dried chili

Recipe:

Take all green ingredients together & fry it for 2 mins with a drop of coconut oil.

After, all herbs are fried, (We don’t have to over fry it) let it cool.

In a blender add fried herbs along with coconut cut into small pieces. Grind it into a smooth paste & add salt.

Now prepare tadka in a tadka pan,
Add little coconut oil mustard seeds curry leaves & red chili & pour over the chutney.

& It is ready.
