All you need some leftover bread of your choice & TaDa!! you're done. The best thing about this Dahi bhalle recipe is that it does not require any frying which we find super healthy. Dahi bhalle is the tangiest & sweetest chaat of all the time. Once you have it you will end up super satisfied. Don't forget to check our sweet tamarind chutney recipe which is one of the most important ingredient in chaat recipes. This chutney is prepared & kept in the fridge for later use.

So now we will jump to the recipe

Ingredients:

4 Slices of bread with the side removed

1/2 tsp grated ginger

1/4 tsp roasted cumin

1/4 tsp red chili powder

beaten sweet curd

Sweet tamarind chutney

Green chutney

roasted cumin powder

black salt

table salt

baarik sev

Recipe:

Break the bread roughly into pieces in a bowl.

Add ginger, cumin seeds, red chili powder, 1 tsp of curd & sprinkle 1 -2 tbsp water.

Mash all ingredients together to form a dough.

Now make balls out of the dough in the shape of your choice & arrange in a plate.

Garnish the balls with loads of curd, sweet tamarind chutney, green chutney, black salt, table salt, cumin powder, red chili powder &finally with barik sev.
