Indian Salad


Vegetable rich detox salad



Ingredients:


¼ cup finely chopped Bell pepper 
¼ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup finely chopped tomato
¼ cup finely grated beetroot
¼ cup finely grated carrot
¼ cup roasted peanuts
½ cup sweet corn
1 cup finely chopped cucumber
1 tbsp lightly roasted sesame seeds
1 tsp roasted cumin seed powder
1 tsp black pepper
A handful of coriander & mint leaves roughly chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
Salt as per taste





Recipe:

Mix all Ingredients together.
Garnish with a mint leaf and sesame seeds


PS: Try more pepper and less salt
