Shilpa Shetty Kundra is my biggest inspiration. Childhood days I used to Stay in the kitchen. Experimenting with different ingredients in recipes with various flavors & spices was the fun part of my learning. As I grew up in age & move forward in life I realized how our health is solely dependent on the food we eat & how our body responds to the nutrition intake. Cooking day to day food & searching for Health benefits in the same is what i love most. Like everyone who struggles with finding their passion & interests, I was also always searching about the things I love & can be better at. Hence came up with the idea of starting the blog.
