Mawa Kulfi
Ingredients:
Assorted dry fruits
Dried melon seeds (Magaz)
Milk
Cardamom powder
Maple syrup or Honey
Recipe:
Soak all the dry fruits
Grind all into a fine paste
Put milk in a heavy-bottomed pan & let it warm
After the milk is warm, add the dry fruit mixture & keep stirring so that no lumps are formed.
Let it cook till the mixture thickens. The thickening of the mixture is important for the softness of kulfi.
After the mixture is thickened, add cardamom powder & let it cool.
After the mixture is cold. Add maple syrup & mix all well.
Now, pour the mixture in the mold of your choice & keep it for freezing.
After frozen garnish with nuts of your choice & serve chill
