Beet & Carrot Paratha
Ingredients:
Recipe:
- In a bowl take wheat flour & gram flour.
- Add Carom seeds in the flour.
- Now, make a little hole in flour heap, inside that add 1/2 tsp ghee, and also all veggies & pinch of salt.
- Mix all really well, Add water to knead the dough.
- Knead it really well into a soft dough & in the last apply little ghee on palm & grease the dough from all side. Now, keep it covered for 10 mins.
- After 10 mins, Dust the slab with wheat flour & keep tawa ready on the gas stove on medium flame. Take a ball size dough & start rolling it into flat paratha shape.
- After the paratha is properly rolled.
- Put the paratha on tawa for 30 secs, Flip it as soon as spots appear.
- Grease the side with ghee & on the medium flame flip it again and roasts it on both sides properly till the parathas are properly cooked.
- And It’s ready, serves it with the curry of your choice or simply Eat it with chutney or curd.
Cow Ghee -> It is must include ghee in your diet as it helps in absorbing the carbs in your body. Intake of good fats is good.
