Hey, We Indian Eating Habits are back again with one of the tastiest, easiest & plantiful Chutney. This chutney which we are going to discuss today is the chutney whose smell itself will give you the freshest feeling on earth. We have prepared many other chutney recipes which include all south-Indian & north-Indian chutneys like mint coconut chutney, peanut chutney, mango chutney, imli ki chutney.
Our Indian herbs like Fresh Pudina & Coriander or cilantro are widely used herb in Indian food. one will rarely find coriander missing from Indian curries. while the former ignites the digestive system later helps in treating various ailments. Hence, served with most of the Indian appetizers & breakfast dishes like sandwiches or dosa, so that balance remains maintained.

Indian restaurants serve this hari chutney with paneer tikkas. just dip your tikkas in the bowl full of the hari chutney & you're good to go. The flavors will burst in your mouth.

Ok so, without wasting much time we will straightway take you to the recipe which is just one step far.

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh mint leaves
1 cup fresh coriander leaves
4 green chilies
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt as per taste

Recipe:

Add all ingredients in jar except lemon juice & salt. Grind all into a fine paste. Add little water if required (Do not over pour with water).

Add salt & lemon juice. Give it a light stir & serve with appetizers of your choice.
